Data Location

• All customer data is processed and stored exclusively within the region selected by the customer.
• EU clients: hosted on AWS in EU regions (e.g., Frankfurt, Ireland).
• US clients: hosted on AWS US regions.
• No cross-region movement is performed unless explicitly configured by the customer.

Data Ownership & Isolation

• The customer retains full ownership of all data.
• Data is isolated per organization using dedicated namespaces and access policies.
• No customer data is used to train any internal or third-party models.

Data Handling in Workflows

• Data enters ChordianAI only when explicitly sent through a connector or via API.
• Workflows (Search → Analyze → Optimize → Orchestrate) operate inside the customer's data region.
• Output agents never send data externally unless configured by the customer.
